Sarah Birse serves as a Technical Officer for Women, Children, and Adolescents' Health at Management Sciences for Health. In this role, she supports the design, implementation, and management of programs and initiatives to advance population health with a focus on health financing, community-based service delivery, maternal health, and family planning. Since joining MSH five years ago, she has supported the development of the UNICEF-funded Community Health Planning and Costing Tool and implementation of the USAID ONSE Health Activity in Malawi. Birse received her MPH at Brown University, where she conducted fieldwork on capacity building of pediatric HIV providers in Port-au-Prince, Haiti.
