Rahmat Sulaiman-Hassan is the director of finance and operations for the Care and Treatment for Sustained Support (CaTSS) project in Nigeria. Rahmat has more than 12 years of experience working on development projects in Nigeria, with a specialty in finance. She brings to MSH experience working with on USAID and DFID-funded programs, and she has worked extensively to lead, organize, systematize, and set up finance systems. Rahmat also has experience establishing work procedures, internal control systems, inventory management and reporting systems. Rahmat holds a bachelor of science in accounting from Ogun State University in Nigeria, and she is in process of obtaining a master of business administration from the University of Nicosia in Cyprus.
