    Rachel Lieber

    Senior Project Officer

    Rachel Lieber is a senior project officer for the Center for Pharmaceutical Management in Arlington, VA. Rachel currently provides technical and project management support to the Sustainable Drug Seller Initiatives (SDSI) project, funded by the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation. She has supported the SDSI/Tanzania mobile technology initiative with the Pharmacy Council of Tanzania (PCT) and led efforts to utilize GIS and Google Earth Pro to improve PCT's regulatory capacity. Ms. Lieber received her bachelor of arts from Tufts University and her Masters of Science in Public Health in International Health Systems from Johns Hopkins University.
