    Kassahun Melkieneh

    Regional Manager

    Kassahun Melkieneh is a medical doctor with over eight years of experience in the implementation of TB/HIV programs. As regional manager for HEAL TB, Kassahun is responsible for leading and coordinating regional project activities. He supervises and builds the capacity of TB program managers and coordinates regional operational research. Kassahun worked for HEAL TB as clinical officer and team lead for two years, and for HCSP as an ART clinical mentor for one year. Prior to joining MSH, he worked as a clinician in a government hospital. He has deep experience in TB/HIV and MDR-TB program management and coordination. He holds an MD from Addis Ababa University and is currently completing his MPH at the GAMBY College of Medical Sciences and Debre Markos University joint MPH program in Ethiopia.
