Judith B. Seltzer’s career at MSH spans 35 years. She is presently the Senior Director of Special Projects, where she provides tactical and strategic support to the President and CEO with the execution of organizational priorities. Prior to this new position, she was the Senior Director of the Performance, Learning, and Impact Group. Other positions held by Seltzer include the Senior Principal Technical Advisor for Institutional Development and the Principal Investigator on the Johns Hopkins University-led HC3 Project. Throughout her career, she has provided technical assistance in the areas of strategic and operational planning, business planning and new enterprise development, financial management, and all areas of organizational development. Seltzer has published and presented widely and serves as adjunct faculty at the Boston University School of Public Health, where she teaches Resource Mobilization. Seltzer holds an MBA from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and an MPH from Emory University.
