Chief of Party
Inna Sacci brings over 20 years of public health experience ranging from reproductive health, family planning, maternal and child health, supply chain management, malaria, HIV and AIDS, TB, and expansion of affordable and accessible medicines across Asia and Eastern Europe. Her span of experience includes 10 years as country director/chief of party managing complex portfolios with multidisciplinary teams and successful implementation of international development activities under USAID-funded contracts and cooperative agreements. Some of these programs include pharmaceutical management, health systems strengthening, integrated nutrition for preventing stunting, social and behavior change communication, policy development, and innovative health financing. Ms. Sacci’s strong management and leadership skills are built on years of experience managing complex health programs, as well as innate strategic vision to successfully guide programs to completion. Ms. Sacci has collaborated successfully in different cultural and political settings, and has a deep understanding of the country and regional context of Ukraine from her time spent living and working in-country. She has successfully built and managed teams mostly under USAID-funded programs. She is fluent in English and Russian, with an advanced proficiency in Ukrainian.
