Dr. Gwendolyn (Gwen) Morgan is a health behavior researcher and evaluation specialist in the area of family planning and sexual and reproductive health. She has worked for MSH since 2013 and, until recently, served as the Deputy Director and Monitoring and Evaluation Director of the Evidence to Action for Strengthened Reproductive Health (E2A) Project. Under E2A, she managed MSH’s Cameroon Postpartum Family Planning Project and a number of research studies on family planning service delivery topics, such as contraceptive implant task sharing, first-time parent programming, and a six-region assessment of youth-friendly services in Senegal. Gwen lived and worked in Nairobi for 10 years and has expertise in behavioral research and monitoring and evaluation of family planning and reproductive health service delivery, product social marketing, social behavior change, and youth programs. She holds a Doctorate and Master of Public Health.
