    Edgar Barillas

    Portfolio Manager

    Dr. Edgar Barillas is a Portfolio Manager for Systems for Improved Access to Pharmaceuticals and Services (SIAPS) Program technical assistance and program activities in several Latin American countries, including the Dominican Republic and eight countries participating in the Amazon Malaria Initiative regional project.
