Andre Zagorski
Principal Technical Advisor

Andre Zagorski is senior principal technical advisor in MSH’s Pharmaceuticals and Health Technologies (PHT) Group, in charge of developing TB strategies and interventions to ensure universal access to anti-TB medicines, regimens and new technologies in line with the USAID and WHO goals of ending the TB epidemic. He has more than 20 years of global TB and essential medicines project management experience in Europe, Asia, and Africa. His technical areas of expertise include health systems strengthening, medicines policy and regulation, market management, rational use and safety of medicines, quality assurance, supply chain management, introduction and programmatic implementation of new medicines and regimens, development and use of pharmaceutical management tools, management information systems, monitoring and evaluation, and capacity building. Andre returned to MSH in 2017 after serving two years as StopTB/Global Drug Facility (GDF) manager, where he developed the GDF Demand, Technical Assistance and Capacity Building strategy and team to provide technical assistance in forecasting, quantification, supply planning, and early warning to 54 countries for accelerated adoption of new TB medicines and regimens. He holds a master’s degree from Moscow State University.
