Emmanuel Nwala, state team leader for MSH's Leadership, Management and Governance Project, is a health economist with seven years experience working in the development sector and focusing on health policy and systems research, health financing, and systems strengthening. Prior to joining MSH, Emmanuel worked with Health Policy Research Group, University of Nigeria as a research assistant/quality assurance officer.
