Walter "Bud" Crandall has worked for eight years as an MSH chief of party for PEPFAR-funded USAID HIV programs, first in Ethiopia with the HIV/AIDS Care and Support Program (HCSP) and then the Ethiopia Network for HIV/AIDS Treatment, Care, and Support (ENHAT-CS) Program.
