Jane Briggs, Senior Principal Technical Advisor at MSH, leads the Maternal, Newborn, and Child Health portfolio of the USAID Medicines, Technologies, and Pharmaceutical Services (MTaPS) Program. Briggs provides technical support on initiatives to improving access to and use of medicines for maternal and child health at the global as well as country level.
Cyrille Massamba is a pharmacist and health economist with 30 years of experience in public health. In his role as senior technical advisor, he works to support government services by mobilizing DRC Ministry of Health partners and coordinating activities to increase access to lifesaving products for women and children.
Matthieu Koy Matili is the nutrition senior technical advisor and field office supervisor for the Integrated Health Project (IHP) in Democratic Republic of the Congo (DRC). Prior to working for MSH, Matthieu was chief physician at Budjala General Hospital and medical director for the health zone of Budjala, where he gained experience in primary and maternal, newborn and child health care.
Shafia Rashid is a senior technical advisor at the FCI Program of MSH. In this capacity, she supports advocacy and accountability projects on maternal health. Shafia has 15 years of experience managing and implementing policy and advocacy efforts at global and national levels.
Voahirana Ravelojaona has more than 20 years of experience in community health, maternal, newborn, and child health (MNCH), and nutrition. Prior to her current role as the MNCH specialist for the MIKOLO project in Madagascar, she worked on the four previous phases of USAID-funded bilateral projects.
Adama Sanogo is a monitoring and evaluation specialist at the FCI Program of MSH in Bamako, Mali, with over 10 years of experience working in reproductive health and family planning at the community level, including in adolescent SRH.
