Let’s Make Some PROGRES! Achieving Sustainability and Resilience through Organizational Assessment

April 11, 2017 - 12:00am - April 13, 2017 - 12:00am

In this time of local ownership and scaled-back resources, organizational performance must be linked with organizational sustainability. PROGRES_SBCC is an assessment tool developed by Management Sciences for Health (MSH) and adapted by the Health Communication Capacity Collaborative (HC3) for social and behavior change communication (SBCC) organizations. The tool provides a general overview of organizational capacity and identifies areas within an organization that require support to foster sustainability and resilience.

Join MSH and HC3 from April 11-13, 2017 to learn about the PROGRES_SBCC tool, see examples of its applications and explore solutions to some of the most pressing performance challenges that surface: mobilizing resources, management of SBCC programs and monitoring and evaluation of results.

All of the PROGRES_SBCC tools, including an instructional video, worksheets and the User’s Guide, can be found on the Health COMpass.

The discussion will be moderated by:
