Help MSH on #GivingTuesday for Global Health

On Tuesday, November 27, 2012, Management Sciences for Health (MSH) is honored to be a part of a call to action and national movement that will change the calendar and help make history.
We are celebrating a new day dedicated to giving --- when nonprofits, families, businesses, community centers, students, retailers, celebrities, and more --- all come together to create #GivingTuesday --- a new movement to celebrate giving and encourage more, better and smarter giving during the holiday season.
#GivingTuesday, founded by 92Y with support from the UN Foundation, will create a national day of giving around the annual shopping and spending season --- the giving season's "opening day".
Kathy Calvin, CEO of the UN Foundation, describes it like this:
"#GivingTuesday offers America a new narrative, challenging us to think beyond Black Friday and Cyber Monday and reminding us that the spirit of the holiday giving season should be about community and not just consumerism. The most meaningful gift we can give our children, loved ones, friends and neighbors is the commitment to work together to build a better world.”
We invite you to be part of this celebration of the great tradition of generosity.
Here’s what you can do to help make this initiative a success:
- Donate to MSH to help save lives and improve the health of the world's poorest and most vulnerable people. Every gift, no matter how large or small, matters.
