Professional Development

MSH is committed to the development of its employees, and tracks staff development as one of its strategic road map goals. We consider staff development to be a partnership between the organization and the individual. As part of the annual performance development cycle, each employee creates a professional develop plan and works with their supervisor to identify opportunities for growth. These may include anything from online learning and certificate programs that we leverage through our relationship with LINGOS, to stretch assignments that support employees as they take on greater levels of responsibility as they help us deliver on our mission.
