Robert Tuala Tuala is the senior technical and provincial coordinators' advisor for the SIAPS project in Democratic Republic of the Congo. A pharmacist with more than 20 years of experience, Robert works with the ministry of health to strengthen pharmaceutical services, and he is in charge of HIV and AIDS commodities management and distribution in PEPFAR-supported provinces. Prior to joining MSH in 2014, Robert worked as a highly active antiretroviral therapy pharmacist, and then worked for the Namibia Ministry of Health as the regional health division head in charge of pharmaceutical services. Previously, Robert worked as a hospital pharmacist in Zimbabwe. Robert holds a MBA from Management College of South Africa, and a BSc Pharm from the University of Kinshasa.
