Onisoa Ralidera is family planning specialist for the USAID/MIKOLO project. She has 11 years of experience working in public health in Madagascar, with a focus on family planning and reproductive health. She is also an active member of the country's national technical working group for health and has worked for internationally funded projects including Santénet I and Ankoay. Previously, Onisoa worked for the Global Sanitation Fund, where she drafted the script for the video, "Promising Pathways Madagascar ODF," produced by CLTS Foundation in India. She has also worked for the HIV/AIDS Alliance and ITEM, where she received training in leadership, communication, and management. Onisoa is a physician and also holds a PhD in human medicine from Faculté de médecine d'Antananarivo in Madagascar.
