Melissa Wanda Kirowo is the advocacy officer for the FCI Program of MSH in Kenya. An advocate for sexual reproductive health and rights, Melissa joined MSH after working at FCI-Kenya, and she is an experienced advocate for access to sexual and reproductive health information and services. She has advocated with UN agency and governmental partners and has built coalitions around reproductive, maternal, newborn, and adolescent health issues. She plays a role in institutional strategic communication and supports business development. Previously, she worked at Family Health Options Kenya, an affiliate of International Planned Parenthood Federation, on the urban reproductive health initiative. She is completing a master of public health at University of Nairobi, and she holds a bachelor of arts from Moi University.
