Maggie Partilla is a principal technical advisor with over 20 years of experience designing and managing international public health programs. She has provided technical and management expertise to programs in the areas of family planning and reproductive health, malaria, TB, HIV and AIDS, child health, and nutrition, focusing on project design, implementation, monitoring and evaluation, and community-based approaches. She has lived and worked in Haiti and has supported projects in Gabon, Uganda, Burundi, Rwanda, and Guinea. She holds a BA from Princeton University and a master of science in public health from Harvard University. She speaks French and Haitian Creole.
