Laurence Laumonier-Ickx has 35 years of experience assisting ministries of health and NGOs with health service delivery management systems. Prior to her current role, she facilitated virtual leadership development programs focused on reproductive health and family planning, post-abortion care, child health and HIV, and monitoring and evaluation. Laurence also served as the community health technical advisor for the REACH project and the team leader of health services for the AHSEP program in Afghanistan. She has also served as the coordinator for health service delivery/quality of care for Haiti/HS2004, and the BASICS regional advisor for Central Asian Republics. Laurence holds an MD from the University of Dijon in France and a specialization in gastroenterology from the University of Paris. She is a native French speaker and she is fluent in English and Dari.
