Acting Country Representative
Larousse is a management and operations and public health professional. He is the acting country representative and country operations management director for MSH in Haiti, with a background in ensuring operations are efficient, effective, and in compliance with standards, donor regulations, and local laws. As country operations director, he manages finance and operations risk and the budget for all country operations activities. As acting country representative, he makes decisions related to MSH presence, interests, and risks in Haiti and serves as the primary contact for MSH's external relations in the country.
Larousse has more than 20 years of experience managing and representing international NGOs, and he has led all aspects of operations and worked with government officials, donors and stakeholders. Before joining MSH, Larousse worked as deputy chief of party for Organization of American States in its program to strengthen the legal framework for people with disability in Haiti. He also served as the country director for World Hope International in Haiti. With great knowledge of Haitian environment,
Larousse has successfully led several USAID-funded initiatives in the past 10 years. He has also worked for the private sector and for Care International Haiti. He graduated in accounting and business administration from the Haitian State University and has attended several advanced courses and seminars on various topics around the globe.
