Judith Seltzer is the director of technical strategy for the Center for Leadership and Management (CLM) in MSH. She coordinates technical strategy for new business, contributes to knowledge management, oversees a portfolio of projects, and provides technical assistance in the areas of strategic and operational planning, business planning and new enterprise development, financial management, health sector reform, management training, organizational development, and field research. Judy also heads up MSH’s Global Technical Leadership Team for Management. She has published and presented on business plan development, cost-recovery mechanisms, local rapid assessments, leadership development, and decision-linked research. Judy holds a Master of Business Administration from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and a Master of Public Health from Emory University.
