Henry Nyaka has over 10 years of experience in Public Relations, Advocacy and Communications. His expertise includes project documentation, event management, report writing and photography. He is the MSH Communications Officer under the CDC project in Malawi where he has written success stories and news articles among other things. Prior to joining MSH, Nyaka worked for Family Planning Association of Malawi (FPAM), a local NGO focusing on sexual and reproductive health rights especially for women and the underprivileged. At FPAM he launched a monthly e-newsletter, and conducted various activities to promote the organisation goals. Having worked as an Editor at the Malawi News Agency from 2010 to 2014, Henry moved to work in the Government Information and Communications Unit where he specialized in event management, media analysis and engagement. He studied Journalism at the University of Malawi, Polytechnic, where he graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Journalism in 2009.
