Welcome

The Strategies for Enhancing Access to Medicines Program, created by Management Sciences for Health and funded by the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, aims to improve access to and use of essential medicines, vaccines, and other health commodities in the developing world.

Pharmaceutical products and vaccines have revolutionized health care in industrialized countries over the past 50 years. But this progress has barely touched developing countries, where hundreds of millions of people still lack access to basic medicines.
