Regional Network Comes into Its Own
This booklet describes the creation of a network of reproductive health managers from Francophone countries in Africa and the Caribbean. Since 1987, the managers in this group have explored management issues, exchanged experiences, and applied successful ideas and approaches from other FRAC countries.
