The AIDSTAR-Two Project, in collaboration with CHS, has published The PBF Handbook: Designing and Implementing Effective Performance-Based Financing Programs. The PBF Handbook was written to assist decision-makers at the point of project design in integrating PBF approaches into their overall framework, and to delineate the roles and responsibilities of USAID and implementing partners.  Publication of the PBF Handbook was funded by USAID, and under the leadership of John Pollock, many MSH'ers made significant contributions to the content.  Plans are underway to translate this document into French.
