Afghanistan Fact Sheet
MSH has worked in Afghanistan since 1973 and is the most experienced organization in the United States in managing and delivering health services in Afghanistan. Working with the Afghan Ministry of Public Health and local and international organizations, MSH supports the rebuilding of Afghanistan’s health system and helps strengthen services, with a focus on improving maternal, neonatal, and child health and expanding access to family planning and tuberculosis prevention, care, and treatment.
