Improving the Use of Medicines through a Drug and Therapeutics Committee: Ruhengeri Hospital Success Story - Ruhengeri Hospital is a district hospital located in Musanze District in the northern province of Rwanda. A Drug and Therapeutics Committee (DTC) was introduced in Ruhengeri Hospital in July 2006. Today, Ruhengeri Hospital
is one of the hospitals with an effectively functioning DTC. Through the umbrella of the Pharmacy Task Force of the MOH and with the technical assistance of MSH SPS, Ruhengeri Hospital’s DTC has been able to achieve many activities that promote rational use of medicines. Read more>>
