The M&L Program works with organizations that provide family planning, primary and reproductive health care, maternal and child health services, AIDS-related services, and treatment for infectious diseases. Our staff work with ministries of health, international and national programs, non-governmental organizations (NGOs), other public and private organizations, and urban and rural health care centers.

The M&L Program concluded in September 2005.
The five-year Leadership, Management and Sustainability (LMS) Program was awarded to MSH in August 2005 by USAID’s Office of Population and Reproductive Health, in the Bureau of Global Health. MSH is the lead organization with the following partners: the Eastern and Southern Africa Management Institute, the Adventist Development and Relief Agency (ADRA), and RF|Binder, Inc.
