The goal of knowledge sharing is two-fold: to extend the reach of M&L's technical assistance by multiplying the effect of our programs; and to build on the body of knowledge - about what works and what doesn't - in the field of international health. M&L professional staff are members of MSH Communities of Practice, which provide an ongoing forum for individual practitioners to document and synthesize tacit knowledge, share new ideas, seek advice from colleagues, and continually apply our best learning to the work with clients.

We work in partnership with client organizations, strengthening their technical capacities and enabling them to deliver high quality services while also learning from them.

LeaderNet LeaderNet
As a global community of practice, LeaderNet is an invaluable resource for managers seeking to improve their leadership skills and facilitators of leadership and management programs in the health care field. A community of practice is a group of practitioners that regularly engage in sharing and learning in a specific technical area. It operates using both face-to-face meetings and through the Web, phone, and fax, depending on the needs of its members.

Technical Cooperation Network Technical Cooperation Network
The Technical Cooperation Network (TCNetwork) was established to link technical assistance providers from developing countries together to improve donor and client access to quality technical assistance. The network also enables members to share experiences and pool their resources to bid on regional and global projects.

Global Exchange for Reproductive Health Global Exchange Network for Reproductive Health
The Global Exchange Network for Reproductive Health is an initiative to promote the exchange of information and best practices among countries which have "graduated" from USAID population assistance. It will enable members to contribute and access information from the global community.

Evaluation Notes Evaluation Notes
M&L's approach to developing managers who lead enables managers to face challenges and achieve results. But how can we know if new leadership and management practices have had an impact on organizational performance? M&L carries out in-depth evaluations aimed at helping organizations and programs determine whether they have achieved desired results. We produce a series of Evaluation Notes that describe evaluation findings, lessons learned, and recommendations in a brief, four-page format.
