Raynaud is a Medical Doctor (University of Lyon) with specialization in Tropical Diseases & Epidemiology. He also holds an MBA (ESSEC).

Management Sciences for Health (MSH) announced it is seeking partners to complete its 2011 Commitment for Action at the Clinton Global Initiative (CGI), pledging to scale up sustainable Accredited Drug Shops in five African nations by 2015 to bring quality essential medicines to 70 million people in rural communities.
