Tulane University School of Public Health and Tropical Medicine

Tulane University School of Public Health and Tropical Medicine has been actively engaged in East African development since 1985, leading and supporting health systems research, impact evaluation, and use of data for decision-making. In Rwanda, Tulane supported the establishment of the Rwanda School of Public Health and has played key roles on the USAID Twubakane and MEASURE Evaluation projects as well as the Improving Public Health Capacity project funded by the US Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.
