Hellen Dzoole Mwale, technical director, Community Mobilization and Engagement, has 22 years of experience designing, managing, and implementing complex community mobilization and engagement interventions in Malawi.
Alick Mtika, deputy chief of party, is a seasoned development, management, and accounting professional with 18 years of senior-level management experience in international development projects, having worked for USAID, the UN Development Program, and a number of international nongovernmental organizations.
Dr. Rudi Thétard has more than 25 years in clinical and health management experience in Africa, 17 of them managing or leading complex donor programs. Rudi is the chief of party (COP) for ONSE Health. He was previously the project director for the US$20-million USAID-funded African Strategies for Health Project.
Hudson Nkunika, technical director, Health Systems Strengthening, brings over 20 years of increased responsibility and experience in public health systems strengthening, having served as District Health Services administrator, chief hospital administrator, chief health planning officer, national coordinator for the Global Fund Health Systems Strengthening Program, and most recently senior technical advisor for Policy and Human Resources for Health for the USAID Support for Service Delivery Integration-Systems (SSDI) Project.
