Jane Briggs is a principal technical advisor with the Systems for Improving Access to Pharmaceuticals and Services (SIAPS) program at MSH, currently based in Guatemala. In this role, Jane provides technical support to SIAPS initiatives in improving access to and use of medicines for maternal and child health, malaria and antimicrobial resistance programs in Africa and Latin America. Jane is also actively involved in global initiatives related to reproductive, maternal, newborn, and child health.
Narcisse Naia Embeke is the child health senior technical advisor for the Integrated Health Project in Democratic Republic of the Congo (DRC-IHP). A physician with more than 10 years of experience in primary care, he has worked alongside the Congolese Ministry of Health to support child survival programs.
Noah Lukoda is a health professional with over 20 years of experience providing leadership and technical support to project teams to develop and implement HIV and AIDS, reproductive health, and child survival projects. He is currently a senior technical manager on the STAR-E project.
Ousmane Faye is currently the project director of the Integrated Health Project Plus (IHPplus), a three-year “bridge” project to avoid a gap in services in USAID-supported health zones upon completion of the USAID Health Office’s five-year flagship Integrated Health Project (IHP). IHPplus partners with the DRC Ministry of Health to strengthen the country's health system at every level focusing on maternal, newborn, and child health, family planning, nutrition, malaria, tuberculosis, HIV and AIDS, and water, sanitation, and hygiene.
Suleiman Kimatta is currently the MSH country representative for Tanzania. Suleiman works as MSH Tanzania's senior program associate for the Strengthening Pharmaceutical Systems (SPS) project, specializing in maternal and child health. He has over 23 years of experience with child health programming at institutional and community levels.
Suzanne Diarra is a global health expert with 20 years of experience providing technical advisory, strategic design, implementation, and monitoring and evaluation services for health programs in developing countries. She currently works as a senior technical advisor for the SIAPS program, focusing on reproductive maternal, newborn and child health
Veronica Triana has over 15 years of experience managing global health projects. She began her career working for MSH on the BASICS II child survival project, and went on to hold positions with the Micronutrient Forum and CORE Group, an association of maternal and child health nonprofits.
For more than 20 years, Martha has worked with government and non-governmental agencies to design, implement and evaluate advocacy programs to improve women's sexual and reproductive health and rights, with a focus on maternal health. At the FCI Program of MSH, she oversees this program's work in Africa and Latin America.
Shafia Rashid is a senior technical advisor at the FCI Program of MSH. In this capacity, she supports advocacy and accountability projects on maternal health. Shafia has 15 years of experience managing and implementing policy and advocacy efforts at global and national levels.
Ariadna Capasso is a senior technical advisor of the FCI Program of MSH, focusing on the technical areas of youth and gender. She is MSH technical focal point for Zika. Ariadna was a senior program officer of FCI's Latin America/Caribbean program, providing strategic leadership to the program and managing a wide range of sexual and reproductive health projects. Thematic focuses included adolescent sexual and reproductive health, women's empowerment, persons with disabilities and maternal and intercultural health.
