Judith Seltzer is the Senior Director of the Performance, Learning and Impact unit at MSH. In this capacity, she leads a team of diverse specialists who provide knowledge management, research, and monitoring and evaluation support across the organization.
Helena Walkowiak is a Principal Technical Advisor for the USAID-funded Medicines, Technologies, and Pharmaceutical Services (MTaPS) Program. She has 17 years of experience in providing technical assistance in pharmaceutical management to health programs in Africa, Asia, Eastern Europe, and the Caribbean. Ms.
Jason Wright is a global health leader who brings to MSH more than 17 years of experience in family planning and reproductive health, HIV/AIDS, malaria, tuberculosis, and broader health systems with a focus on building the capacity of governments and nongovernmental organizations to bolster programmatic and financial sustainability through management and technical assistance.
Director Technical Strategy and Quality, Pharmaceuticals and Health Technologies Group
David Lee Chin, M.D., is Director Technical Strategy and Quality for the Pharmaceuticals and Health Technologies Group. He has over 30 years of experience in pharmaceutical management, including training, operations research and evaluation, and providing technical assistance to enhance access to and rational use of medicines in Africa, Asia, and the Americas. Dr. Lee is responsible for technical strategy oversight of PHT projects and designing and managing pharmaceutical sector studies. In addition to his medical degree and residency in pediatrics, he is also trained in Clinical Pharmacology.
Eliana Monteforte has a Master in Public Health (MPH) from the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health. She is currently a Senior Technical Advisor for Institutional Strengthening at Management Sciences for Health in Washington DC. At MSH, Ms. Monteforte provides project management and technical assistance support to various public health institutions and organizations in Africa, Asia, Latin America and the Caribbean. Her areas of expertise include health planning and budgeting, health finance, cost revenue analysis, resource mobilization, quality improvement, leadership and management and advocacy.
Antoine Ndiaye, PharmD, MBA, is a seasoned public health manager and leader with more than 20 years of demonstrated experience leading and managing a diverse variety of capacity building, HIV/AIDS, reproductive health, commodity security, and maternal and child health projects.
Sara Wilhelmsen, MPP is a Principal Technical Advisor in Management Sciences for Health’s Health Program Group with 12 years of experience managing and leading global health programs. Ms. Wilhelmsen specializes in health system program design and approaches in relation to health policy and planning.
Amy Boldosser-Boesch is senior director and head of the FCI Program of MSH within the Health Programs Group, based in MSH's New York office. Amy leads the FCI Program of MSH team's advocacy and accountability work for improved reproductive, maternal, newborn, and adolescent health and for access to universal health coverage.
