Mohammad Khakerah Rashidi has 30 years of experience in public health and health systems in Afghanistan. He joined MSH in 2004 and is currently responsible for developing Afghanistan’s strategic roadmap for the organization. He provides technical leadership and strategic guidance to the health system, specifically with TB-related projects, and develops and maintains partnerships at the national level.
Berhanemeskal Assefa has more than 30 years of clinical and managerial experience in medicine and public health, and has been trained widely in the areas of TB, TB/HIV, MDR-TB, management and leadership, and health systems strengthening.
Addisu Liben is a pharmacist with over 16 years of experience in pharmaceuticals supply management ranging from the facility level to the national level. He currently supports activities related to DSM in general and TB commodities and supplies management for the Challenge TB project. He also provides technical assistance to Federal Ministry of Health, Pharmaceutical Fund and Supply Agency, Regional Health Bureaus and other partners.
Degu Jerene is a medical doctor and public health expert who brings over 18 years of technical experience and leadership to MSH. He joined MSH in January 2014 as deputy project director of the USAID/HEAL TB project where he successfully led the technical implementation of the project from the third year to its close out.
Oscar Cordon is the country project director of Challenge TB in Bangladesh, the flagship global mechanism for implementing USAID's TB strategy. He has more than 25 years of experience implementing international health programs focused on reproductive health and family planning, maternal and child health, nutrition/food security, malaria, HIV/AIDS, and TB.
