Sjoerd Postma is an internationally recognized expert in public health, systems, and institutional strengthening. With more than 25 years of experience, including 18 years in leadership positions, Sjoerd has focused on health systems strengthening and health sector development and reform, with an emphasis on primary health care and decentralization. His experience covers policy development, legislation, health service management, and planning and implementation of health programs at the national, intermediate, and operational levels in the public and nongovernmental sectors.
Garfee Williams has extensive program management experience in health systems, organization management, and planning. He has worked for more than 16 years in public service at senior managerial and technical levels within the Liberian health system. Garfee has extensive knowledge of issues and trends in medicine and public health, globally and nationally, especially in health systems management and planning, policy compliance and regulations, partnership coordination, and capacity strengthening and development.
