Onisoa Ralidera is family planning specialist for the USAID/MIKOLO project. She has 11 years of experience working in public health in Madagascar, with a focus on family planning and reproductive health. She is also an active member of the country's national technical working group for health and has worked for internationally funded projects including Santénet I and Ankoay.

Voahirana's main focus is increasing the availability and accessibility of MNCH services and implementing approaches that give communities responsibility for their own health.
