Maggie Partilla is a principal technical advisor with 19 years of experience designing and managing international public health programs. She has provided technical and management expertise to programs in the areas of family planning and reproductive health, malaria, TB, HIV and AIDS, child health, and nutrition, focusing on project design, implementation, monitoring and evaluation, and community-based approaches.
Gwen Morgan is the deputy director of the Evidence to Action (E2A) Project. She has expertise in family planning program design, management, monitoring and evaluation, communications, social marketing, and youth programs.
Kristin Cooney has worked for international nongovernmental organizations and USAID for 28 years. She has worked with MSH since 2006 and in that time has led large country programs and worked in more than 20 countries. She has designed and implemented high-performing country programs in complex settings including Democratic Republic of the Congo and Haiti.
