MSH Welcomes New Vice President, Catharine Howard Taylor
Vice President of the Center for Health Services (CHS), Catharine Howard Taylor, joined the Management Sciences for Health Arlington office on December 16. Taylor has 25 years of experience in international and domestic sexual and reproductive health, with a focus on maternal/newborn health and programing for youth. She has lived and worked in South Africa, Turkey, Thailand, Nepal, Vietnam and Seychelles, and has conducted more than 40 consultancies in sub-Saharan Africa and Asia, focusing on program design and evaluation. Taylor is a trained nurse and midwife, and throughout the course of her career she has specialized in designing and implementing capacity-building approaches. Before coming to MSH, Taylor spent the past five years at PATH as the Maternal and Child Health and Nutrition (MCHN) Global Program Leader. Under her guidance, the program revenue doubled in size and secured a diversified funding base that included multi-lateral and bilateral organizations as well as private foundations and corporations. We are excited to have her on board.
