MEDFORD, Mass. — Global health NGO Management Sciences for Health (MSH) is pleased to welcome Mr. Herbert Mugumya as its new Country Representative in Uganda. Mr. Mugumya, who will be based in MSH's office in Kampala, has more than 24 years of hands-on experience in public health, having managed complex, multi-component U.S. government development projects in several countries. Mr. Mugumya is responsible for leading and coordinating all MSH efforts in Uganda by working in partnership with key in-country stakeholders and partner organizations.

Medford, MA — Global health NGO Management Sciences for Health (MSH) announced today the appointment of Mr. Larousse Céus as Acting Country Representative in Haiti. Mr. Céus is a seasoned management, operations, and public health professional with more than 20 years of experience in international NGO management. Based in MSH's Port-au-Prince office, Mr. Céus is responsible for leading and coordinating all MSH efforts in Haiti by working in partnership with key in-country stakeholders, such as donors, government officials, clients, and other partner organizations.
