CAMBRIDGE, MA (AUGUST 1, 2007)—Management Sciences for Health (MSH) has been awarded by the US Agency for International Development (USAID) a five-year, $147.5-million Leader with Associates Cooperative Agreement, Strengthening Pharmaceutical Systems (SPS). The new program is a follow-on to the current Rational Pharmaceutical Management (RPM) Plus Program, which will continue through September 2008.

CAMBRIDGE, MA (AUGUST 1, 2007)—The Asian Development Bank (ADB) has awarded a one-year contract to Management Sciences for Health (MSH) to help detect and manage anticipated outbreaks of highly pathogenic avian influenza (HPAI) in Afghanistan and to help establish pandemic preparedness plans and increase the capacity to deal with surges in demands on the health system.

Partners with IntraHealth, Save the Children US, Dawn of Hope, and the Ethiopian Interfaith Forum for Development Dialogue and Action for the single largest expansion of AIDS community support and care in Africa. CAMBRIDGE, MA—Management Sciences for Health (MSH) and its partners have been selected by the US Agency for International Development to implement the largest national expansion of HIV & AIDS services at the community and health center level in Africa.
