The combination of board and staff working in full alignment and harmony can be a force for positive change, success, joy, resilience and sustainability. When the opposite is the case we see trouble: frustration, mutual distrust, wasted energy and other resources and little chance of the organization fulfilling its mission. Although there is no simple recipe for making sure that boards and staff work well together, in this seminar we will explore key ingredients for effective governance. Join us for an exploration of what makes for good boards. Watch a video introduction to the seminar.

Join experts from the TB and MNCH communities in a global debate on the linkages between tuberculosis and maternal and child health. Join the seminar at Leadernet.org
