What will it take to ensure good health for the poorest? What is a strong health system? Can the vision of universal coverage drive health systems strengthening?
 
Dr. Jonathan D. Quick, President & CEO of Management Sciences for Health and a member of the Harvard Medical School Department of Global Health and Social Medicine, discusses the necessary shift from a disease-specific approach to global health to an integrated health systems focus, drawing on examples from Afghanistan, Haiti and Rwanda.
