The West African Leadership and Management Strengthening Project is an associate award of the Leadership, Management, and Sustainability Program. Through this 2-year project, MSH is providing capacity building activities to strengthen the West African Health Organization (WAHO)'s institutional capacity to facilitate health policy harmonization, best practices application, and resource leveraging in the region. 

MSH provides technical assistance to address needs in institutional development and capacity building and tools and approaches to strengthen WAHO's capacity to achieve full implementation of its overall Strategic Plan. 

MSH will have a senior technical advisor in institutional capacity building embedded with the WAHO.
