The HIV & AIDS pandemic increases the demand for vital health services at the same time that many health providers and their families are affected by the disease. MSH is working with health managers and decision-makers to respond to this crisis of human resources in an integrated and comprehensive way. We work with decision-makers at all levels of the health sector, addressing policy issues and strengthening human resource management systems. We help to build leadership and technical skills among health workers and managers, increasing motivation and staff retention. And we work with managers to achieve consistent supervision with appropriate feedback.
