MSH internships provide opportunities for graduate students interested in gaining experience in the field of public health. Under the guidance of a committed preceptor or mentor, students are provided with the opportunity to work with MSH projects in the US and the field. With the coaching, supervision, and support of the MSH mentor, students are afforded a venue for developing their technical and leadership skills.
MSH internships are designed to fulfill the practicum requirement of accredited graduate schools. MSH will provide the venue, supervision, and learning experience; however, since MSH internships are unpaid positions, students must support themselves or have financial support from their school. Intern candidates are expected to consider with care and decide whether they share MSH’s Mission and Values which MSH strives to maintain, and to comport themselves in accord with those values.
