As part of this series, MSH's Medicine Movers shared stories and videos of patients in three countries, Ethiopia, Kenya, and South Africa, who continue to benefit from pharmaceutical systems, launched during the peak of the AIDS epidemic:

  • Aster, a grandmother living with diabetes and TB (Ethiopia)
  • Faith, a mother of two, living with HIV, who suffered body-altering side effects from the antiretrovirals (Kenya)
  • Alime, a nine-month-old orphan, who's had HIV since birth (South Africa)
