Developed in English, ORION@MSH will be available in French in 2005.

The adapted product went through acceptance testing at MSH during the months of October 2003–April 2004 and initial piloting in May 2004 at OECS/PPS and Central Medical Stores in St. Lucia.

Another database application, Quantimed, developed through CPM's Rational Pharmaceutical Management (RPM) Plus Program, supports quantification of medicine requirements.

The Quantimed tool has been introduced in the SEAM programs in Tanzania and Ghana to help the mission sectors more accurately determine quantities of medicines needed.

Future Enhancements to ORION@MSH include developing an interface with the CPM-developed quantification tool, Quantimed. This will give users greater control and more accuracy when planning for their upcoming orders.
